SOLO PIPING
(Sat. Feb 24th)
The contest was held this year at the Greater Manchester Fire Service Training Centre and it proved to be excellent in every respect. An even temperature throughout the main hall and various tuning rooms plus excellent accoustics in the hall itself made for a good standard of tuning. Major Linden Ingram was our judge for the day and he also praised the quality of the venue. Below the results I have included a set of photos taken on the day and sound files of some of the performances.
