For many years I carried this remarkable little recorder around with me wherever I went. It was a very valuable tool for listening to my own playing as often as possible as a way of improving my playing. The recordings below were all taken with this recorder. All the SSP ones were recorded at home, most of the GHB ones at the Altcar Army Cadet Training Camp near Formby during the time that Joe Massey was teaching the cadet pipe band there. Some of the tunes were recorded in the officers mess, others recorded outside on the parade ground.
